We are less than 1 mile from the plaza and close to Bartholemew Park Winery, Buena Vista, Sebastiani and many other fine wineries.

This home is great for couples, solo adventurers, small families and business travelers.

Excellent for visiting the wine country.

This home is not suitable or available for large parties etc.

House Rules

Although we dislike imposing rules! Here are a couple we would appreciate you follow.

Please do not wear shoes in the house
No children on balconies
No smoking
No pets
No outside fires or barbecues allowed
Please do not block or stop in front of electric gate
Maximum of 6 guests and 3 cars
Garage is not included in rental. There is no longer a hot tub
10pm noise curfew

Although this is a very private gated area there are 2 homes on the property.
Guest's must be courteous of noise, privacy etc. Please remain on the side of yard where house is located.

The space
2 story 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

There is a large master suite upstairs with a queen bed.

Downstairs is the 2nd bedroom also with queen bed.

The front room has a fold out Queen sofa.

The house is on a 2-acre gated lot less than 1 mile from the Plaza.

Close to all the wineries easy walking distance yet completely in the country
Guest access
Guests are free to use the entire inside of the home.

The outside deck of the home. The front and back yard the washer dryer.

The only area not for guest use is the garage.

Also please stay inside the fenced side of the yard where the house is located when outside.

Additional notes
This is a wonderful home for entertaining and easy access to Sonoma plaza.

It is not advisable for large outside entertaining groups or loud after hours parties.

Quiet times 7 days or week are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Absolutely no outside amplified noise is allowed such as speakers.

Location is everything when on vacation!

This beautiful, secure and private home is a licensed vacation rental located the exclusive east side of the historic Sonoma plaza.

The homes here are on large rural lots with vineyards and acreage surrounding them. Unlike the other smaller residential areas.

The home is a short 9/10 of a mile walk or bike to the plaza

It has the feeling of being far out in the wine country yet close to the city.

The absolutely ideal wine country location and environment.
Getting around
The plaza is only 1 mile away easy walking distance.

Sonoma cyclery is close with bike rentals for your use.

Many wineries ( Buena Vista, Bartholomew Park Sebastiani etc) are all within a short driving distance from the home.
